About The Role

  • 1、负责门诊/住院患者的日常诊疗、查房及病情评估，制定个体化治疗方案。
  • 2、规范书写病历、病程记录及各类医疗文书，确保医疗档案完整合规。
  • 3、耐心做好医患沟通，完成病情告知与知情同意签署，提升患者满意度。
  • 4、参与值班、急诊及危重症抢救工作，严格执行医疗核心制度。
  • 1、研究生及以上学历，有医师执业证和资格证，四证合一（须在入职前按时取得学历学位证书及规培合格证书）。
  • 2、专业背景：耳鼻咽喉学专业。
  • 3、责任心强，服从上级领导、医师安排，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应夜班工作。
