Talent Advisor

Baylor University is seeking a high energy and passionate Talent Advisor to serve as a consultant to Hiring Managers and Search Committees for an average of 25 or more active searches at all times. The successful candidate will have a track record of success passively sourcing high-quality candidates, proactive problem-solving skills and a desire to consistently create positive customer interactions. Additionally, strong presentation skills are a must as the Talent Advising team hosts weekly new hire orientations and facilitates search committee compliance training.
