The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in driving daily store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales and KPI goals. As part of their development, Assistant Managers actively partner with the Store Manager in all areas of store leadership and assume responsibility for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.
