Account Director - FINEX

This role is an important client-facing member of the FINEX team, responsible for the coordinated delivery of high-quality advice, placement and service to sophisticated corporate clients. The role combines Financial Lines technical capability with strong client relationship management, executive communication, commercial judgement and ownership of significant aspects of client service delivery. The successful candidate understands each client’s business, strategy and risk environment; interprets how the insurance programme responds; presents advice clearly to senior stakeholders; coordinates WTW and insurer resources; and contributes to client retention, profitable growth and a consistent WTW client experience.
