About The Role
- 1.专促团队管理
- 负责门店专促人员的招聘、培训、排班与绩效考核
- 制定专促销售目标与激励方案，提升单店产出
- 2.门店运营与进销存管理
- 跟踪各门店的铺货、库存、动销数据，确保库存健康度
- 定期输出门店销售报表与健康度分析，及时预警异常门店
- 协调物流与供应链，保障货源稳定
- 3.终端动销与活动落地
- 协同门店策划并执行促销活动、体验活动
- 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上零售运营管理经验
- 2.熟悉KA渠道业务模式、采购流程及门店运营体系
- 3.具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件
- 4.具有终端运营思维，To C门店运营视角
- 5.跨部门协同能力，能协调厂家、客户、内部多方资源
- 6.抗压能力强，适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境
