  • 1、处理客户投诉/建议、 负责管理区域内的客户关系维护；
  • 2、负责住户入住、装修手续的办理，住户房屋及公共设施等工程维修接待、下单安排、跟踪和回访工作；
  • 3、负责管理区域内环境、安全、工程人员工作协调等；
  • 4、负责管理区域内社区文化活动组织和实施。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，酒店管理、旅游管理、会展管理、工商管理及相关专业优先；
  • 2、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力较好，具有成就导向、能够自我驱动、阳光心态；
  • 3、服务意识强，具有客户导向性思维。
