About The Role

  • 职责描述：
  • 1、负责设计、规划、推进、督导管家中心各项工作的开展；
  • 2、负责对建设管家赋能培训及资格认证体系，持续开展管家赋能培训及认证共工作；
  • 3、统筹制定不同业态管家效能范畴，定期复盘优化，督导各地开展效能优化工作；
  • 4、负责持续研发和优化客服岗位职能，激发岗位工作积极性，打造有活力、精简高效的客服岗位，实现岗位效能输出最大化。
  • 任职要求：
  • 1、大学本科及以上 ，持有物业管理师证、人力资源管理，物业管理、营销商务管理、酒店管理学、社区管理与服务优先；
  • 2、具有大型物业企业客服相关岗位 5 年以上工作经历，下级单位运营管理部、项目相关岗位工作，优先从下属单位客服管理岗、管家岗选拔；
  • 3、具有较强的组织协调沟通能力、理解分析能力和洞察力，思路明晰，执行力强，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、对客服务服务意识强，解决问题能力强。
