About The Role

  1. 基于大语言模型（LLM）搭建内部AI应用系统与RAG知识库问答系统；
  2. 设计多智能体协作流程，推动药物研发等业务流程智能化；
  3. 对接药物研发、项目管理等业务部门，梳理需求并落地AI提效方案；
  4. 负责AI应用的全流程开发、部署及稳定运维。
  5. 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、大数据、计算化学、化学、生物信息学等相关专业；
  6. 具备3年以上AI应用开发或软件开发经验；
  7. 精通Python，熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、Vercel SDK等主流LLM开发框架；
  8. 具有RAG系统实际开发经验；
  9. 理解智能体（Agent）、提示工程（Prompt Engineering）等核心机制，并具备可验证的实践成果；
  10. 具备制药、生物医药行业背景，或计算机辅助药物设计、化学信息学、生物信息学等相关工作经验者优先。
