About The Role

  1. 利用细胞生物学、分子生物学和生物化学实验方法，设计并执行小分子药物的体外药效及毒理学实验。
  2. 优化实验细节与操作流程，建立稳定、可重复的体外筛选体系。
  3. 独立完成实验数据处理与分析，撰写规范实验报告，为项目决策提供科学支持。
  4. 协同体内实验团队开展组织样品检测工作，支撑候选分子的开发进程。
  5. 负责实验室仪器日常维护、试剂及耗材管理，保障实验高效有序运行。
  6. 硕士及以上学历，分子生物学、药理学、细胞生物学等相关专业。
  7. 具备2年以上体外药效或药物筛选相关实验经验（制药企业或CRO机构背景优先），熟练掌握DNA/RNA提取与纯化、引物设计、qPCR、ELISA、Western Blot、细胞培养与冻存、细胞活性检测、流式细胞术等关键技术。
  8. 熟练使用GraphPad Prism等数据分析软件。
  9. 责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备适应研发快节奏工作的能力。
