About The Role

1.参与人力资源各模块工作，包括招聘配置、培训发展、绩效管理、薪酬福利、员工关系等，全面了解HR工作体系；
2.协助开展校园招聘及社会招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、候选人跟进及招聘数据分析；
3.协助组织员工培训与发展、企业文化活动及团队建设，跟进培训效果反馈；
4.收集、整理人力资源相关数据，完成各类报表统计与分析；
5.推进人力资源制度、流程的优化设计与文档撰写；
6.完成上级交办的其他人力资源相关工作。
硕士及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业
