Program Representative Construction Support - Maintenance & Modernization

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing Maintenance & Modernization work via contracts to NAVSEA, NUWC, and other sponsors and partners. Duties include developing and implementing successful strategies to win competitive solicitations, successfully planning and executing CNO maintenance availabilities, coordinating work in Groton, at off-site locations, between EB sites and between subcontractors, and managing execution of work safely, on time and on budget with requisite quality in Groton or at remote locations.
