About The Role

  1. 追踪汽车及相关行业发展变化及趋势，搭建具有可持续性的设计研究数据库，为业务决策提供输入；
  2. 参与和实施汽车设计研究课题，结合业务目标，形成用户洞察、设计洞察、设计需求方案，为设计实施提供输入；
  3. 熟练运用定性、定量研究方法与工具，如观察法、影随法、访谈法、问卷法、焦点小组、头脑风暴等；
  4. 中英双语报告能力优异。
  • 1、大学本科及以上学历，英语 CET - 4 或同等水平以上，具备良好英文沟通能力，可顺畅开展国际项目沟通协作；
  • 2、工程心理学、应用心理学、社会心理学等相关专业优先；
  • 3、深入了解汽车设计、汽车原理、汽车构造知识，熟悉整车外观设计关键要点；
  • 4、密切关注设计行业动态及设计趋势，尤其是汽车外观设计潮流，为创新设计提供支撑；
  • 5、熟练运用定性、定量研究方法与工具，如观察法、影随法、访谈法、问卷法、焦点小组、头脑风暴等；
  • 6、中英双语报告能力优异。
