About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18) . You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.
Compensation & Scheduling
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit
- Full-Time Availability: 25+ visits per week, Part-Time Availability: 10+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility
- Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

- A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
