Field Care Supervisor

About The Role

You’ll be a key link between our clients, their families, Care Professionals and the office team. Your role will include:

  • Carrying out  client reviews and quality assurance visits .
  • Conducting  Care Professional supervisions , providing support and mentoring.
  • Supporting care consultations and creating, reviewing and auditing client care plans.
  • Carrying out client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, families and Care Professionals.
  • Supporting Care Professionals with digital care planning and care management technology.
  • Ensuring client and Care Professional records are accurate and up to date.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Supporting the wider Client Experience team.
  • Participating in the on-call rota when required. 
  • Above all, you’ll be passionate about providing high-quality, personalised care and helping people to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  •   What we offer
  • Circa £30,000 salary , depending on experience.
  • 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays .

You’ll ideally have

  • Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) .
  • Experience working in the care sector, including delivering personal care.
  • Experience with  medication and MAR/eMAR  in a senior or supervisory role.
  • A good understanding of Health & Social Care legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using care management technology.
  • A well-organised, flexible and positive approach.
