Corporate Merchant Service Associate

• This role caters for the Zain Cash acceptance and partners’ network, its primary function is to make sure that
• our partners are aware of the service and its elements and that customers are kept abreast of an updated Zain
• Cash partners list through Zain Cash channel

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve issues concerned with partners that’s related to Zain Cash operational processes.
• Work in coordination with sales to acquire high value (merchants, corporate).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/etc. reporting measuring Zain Cash KPIs.
• Ensure that all Zain Cash BTL/marketing materials are being steadily available with the partners.
• Support in preparing proposals and contracts to merchants.
• Communicate and work with other Zain Cash internal stakeholders (IT, compliance, legal, and finance) to make sure that Business KPIs are being met.
• Support partners with Zain Cash application and other digital channels and necessary training.
• Identifying and communicating liabilities to responsible parties and ensuring that only authorized parties’ access and/or modify systems, applications, and information.
• Make sure customer contracts are checked and archived according to CBJ rules.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Managing corporate inquiries and complaints.
• Supervise & validate the requests and the daily work over relative corporates and services.
• Gathering market requirements to comply with technology updates.
• Develop and update business cycle related to operation.
• Responsible to train customer care team and any related teams with Zain Cash products and services.
• Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Assessing organizational security threats and their impact and taking actions to eliminate/reduce risk areas.
• Setting security controls according to the confidentiality and sensitivity levels and reporting security breaches.
• Make sure Zain Cash services are available for Zain Cash agents 24/7.
• Keep related teams and portals updated with new Zain Cash services and information.
• Identifying and communicating liabilities to responsible parties and ensuring that only authorized parties’ access and/or modify systems, applications, and information.
• Assessing organizational security threats and their impact and taking actions to eliminate/reduce risk areas.
• Setting security controls according to the confidentiality and sensitivity levels and reporting security breaches.
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.
