Change Specialist

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Change Specialist for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!

THE ROLE

With 95%+ of releases automated and pre-approved, change here isn't a queue to push through, it's the exceptions that actually carry risk. You're the one who catches them, makes sure they're properly documented before they reach the CAB, and tracks whether the whole change process is actually working. One person holds this end to end, because at this scale, the discipline matters more than the headcount.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Triage incoming RFCs, validating completeness, risk, and rollback documentation for those needing CAB review
• Prepare the weekly CAB agenda and supporting pack
• Track change KPIs, including success rate, lead time, and emergency-change ratio
• Coordinate scheduling with the deployment calendar and concurrent changes
• Run post-implementation reviews for failed changes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience
• Background in change management or operations coordination
• ITIL-aligned knowledge of change management practices
• Comfortable operating within a highly-automated CI/CD estate
