Senior Manager, Strategy Integration and Program Management

You will be responsible for the following

• Strategic Integration Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for the Transformation and Data Group, aligning transformation and data initiatives with overall business objectives
• Data Transformation: Shape the long-term strategy of Data, including articulating and demonstrating the value of data as a strategic asset and unique competitive advantage, and translating into measurable value.
• Program Management: Design and execute a standard cadence of operations and run rhythm of business for Transformation and Data Group by developing dashboards and scorecards for key metrics, tracking progress of enterprise-wide initiatives, and identifying key roadblocks and working efficiently to remove them
• Stakeholder Influence and Collaboration: Foster collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of Transformation and Data Group initiatives with the broader organizational goals, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the Transformation and Data Group, implementing best practices and refining strategies to enhance overall performance and drive continuous improvement across programs and initiatives.

• Integration Strategy Effectiveness: Achievement of goals and KPIs as indicated in the Transformation and Data Group balanced scorecard
• Quantifiable Data Value: Delivery of coherent and consistent data strategy, narrative, and metrics disclosures, as demonstrated in external representations.
• Operational Cadence Optimization: Execute a standard cadence of operations for the Transformation and Data Group with efficient dashboards
