Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, quantity verification, and contract administration for a large-scale desalination project in Chennai. The role involves monitoring project costs, verifying quantities, preparing contractor bills, and ensuring effective commercial control of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Verify executed quantities at site for civil, mechanical, and pipeline works.
• Maintain measurement records and documentation.
• Prepare and review Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
• Verify contractor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Track BOQ consumption and project cost variations.
