About The Role

Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a skilled HVAC Licensed Technician to join our maintenance team. This full-time position will support multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal climate control systems operation and occupant comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units across various properties.
  • Must have knowledge to installed R32 and new HVAC
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Valid HVAC license or certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Flexible availability including weekends and on-call work.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
