As an Store Receiver , you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Review purchase requests from the Kitchen and Food &Beverage departments.
• Source products from approved suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of all details.
• Obtain required approvals and signatures for purchase orders.
• Submit purchase orders and supporting documentation to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on pending pruchase requests from Hotel departments.
• Prioritize requests based on operational urgency and budget availability.
• Coordinate with supplies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
