About The Role

The Social Videographer reports to the Director of Hospitality Social Strategy and is responsible for shooting and editing high-quality, social-first video content across Caesars Entertainment brands and sub-brands. This role balances hands-on production and postproduction, capturing polished DSLR footage on location and shaping it into platform-ready content for Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is equally confident behind the camera and in the edit, with a strong command of lighting, audio, composition, pacing, and color, with a sharp instinct for what performs on social. Candidates must submit a current portfolio or reel demonstrating both videography and editing work for consideration.

  • Plan and capture social-first video content using DSLR or mirrorless camera systems across assigned Las Vegas properties, restaurants, entertainment venues, events, and activations.
  • Operate camera, lenses, stabilization, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional footage in fast-moving and varied environments.
  • Edit short-form video, reels, interviews, and event recaps using industry-standard editing tools, applying strong hooks, pacing, on-screen text, sound design, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Translate creative briefs into social concepts and executable shot plans, then carry projects from capture through final export.
  • Create and apply visual treatments, graphics, overlays, subtitles, and simple motion graphics that elevate creative while remaining brand-aligned.
  • Adapt footage into multiple aspect ratios, runtimes, and versions for organic and paid social placements.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards, including tone, messaging, and content pillars, to ensure consistency across all assigned brands.
  • Organize footage, project files, templates, and final assets using established naming, backup, archiving, and version-control practices.
  • Provide video coverage for events, activations, and special initiatives as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience shooting and editing video content, with a strong focus on social media or digital storytelling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras in manual settings, including exposure, frame rate, shutter speed, white balance, focus, and lens selection.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with photo editing tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom or their equivalents. Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of production and postproduction workflows, including lighting, location audio, media management, editing, color, sound finishing, exporting, and archiving.
  • Strong understanding of vertical video, platform specifications, pacing, retention, safe zones, captions, and social content trends.
  • Exceptional visual judgment, attention to detail, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach and openness to feedback from content leads and stakeholders.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry production equipment up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
