Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define technical approaches, development standards, and delivery practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of applications, APIs, and interoperability services.
• Coordinate cloud migration, system migration, and modernization activities.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
• Supervise technical testing, quality assurance, and successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Participation in national-scale projects.
• Agile certification (or equivalent) and proven experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
