• Estimation of User Stories
• Prioritization
• Product Owners
• Agile Metrics
• Team Kick-Off
• Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
• Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
• Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning
• SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) and a mixture of CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CPO (Certified Product Owner), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), and other Lean / Agile / DevOps certifications
