Food & Drinks Manager at Hilton — Germany

About The Role

You will ensure the smooth operation of our two restaurants, bar, room service, and banquet facilities, while working closely with the culinary team and the C&E Sales department
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be an important part of your responsibilities
In your role, you will ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of our operational standards, while motivating, guiding, and developing the F&B team
Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing F&B revenue performance, while maintaining full oversight of departmental expenses
You will effectively manage workforce planning for your team and identify individual training and development needs of Team Members and apprentices
You possess a strong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional performance and results
In addition, you have experience in people management within an international team, workforce scheduling, training, and leading employees
You are highly adaptable and have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
