About The Role

Are you a creative marketer who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns, moments into stories, and a hotel into a brand people want to experience?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a strong creative mindset. Someone who understands our guests and markets, spots opportunities, develops compelling concepts, and brings them to life across campaigns, content, events, partnerships and digital channels.

For more than 100 years, Hilton has helped shape the hospitality industry. We want to continue making history — and marketing plays an important part in how we tell that story, connect with our audiences and create demand.

Hospitality is fast-moving, international and incredibly diverse. That gives you plenty of room to experiment, create and make an impact.

Bring your ideas, your perspective and your passion for great marketing. Work alongside an experienced team, express your individuality within our Hilton family and grow with us.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the hotel's marketing activities — from developing the strategy and creative concepts to executing campaigns and measuring their impact.

You will work closely with hotel leadership and our operational teams while actively connecting with the wider Hilton marketing community across EMEA. You will translate business priorities into marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our audiences and drive commercial results.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns that bring the hotel, its restaurants, bars, events and experiences to life across relevant channels.
  • Create and shape content for digital, social, print and on-property communication, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Identify key moments and cultural opportunities throughout the year and turn them into distinctive campaigns, activations and hotel experiences.
  • Develop and execute the hotel's annual marketing plan and strategy , aligned with commercial priorities, target audiences and Hilton brand standards.
  • Take ownership of campaign development from idea to execution , including concept creation, briefing, production, launch and performance review.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies and other creative partners to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Develop campaigns around hotel openings, refurbishments, food & beverage concepts, conferences, banqueting, events and other key business areas.
  • Manage the hotel's presence across Hilton digital channels and branded websites , ensuring content is relevant, accurate and commercially effective.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality, marketing, media and creative industries , identifying opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange and partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across Hilton and EMEA , including Hilton Marketing Teams, regional and brand teams, sharing best practices, leveraging wider initiatives and identifying opportunities to collaborate across markets.
  • Build strong relationships with local media, creators, influencers, cultural partners and other relevant third parties .
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that strengthen the hotel's positioning and connect us with new audiences.
  • Develop and implement PR and storytelling initiatives around launches, events, awards, successes and new products.
  • Work closely with Event Managers, Food & Beverage, Sales and other hotel departments to identify opportunities and develop integrated promotional concepts.
  • Research market trends, competitors, guest behaviour and emerging platforms to identify new creative and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns, content production, partnerships and other activities.
  • Track marketing performance, evaluate campaign results and translate insights into stronger future activities.
  • Maintain relevant media, marketing and partner databases and provide monthly reporting as required.
  • What are we looking for ?
