As an AC & Refrigeration Technician , and reliable operation of the hotel's HVAC systems – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Keep AC and Refrigeration equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Respond to temperature control requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment
• Monitor system performance: Conduct visual equipment inspections of mechanical equipment and parts to proactively identify potential issues
• Support system operations: Assist with the start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of all AC & Refrigeration equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
