The Associate Lab Assistant is responsible for completing and maintaining competency in specimen processing and packing, phlebotomy, and client services. Assists in the pre-analytical phase of select testing. Upholds laboratory compliance and accreditation through adherence to established departmental policies and procedures, safety standards, and infection control standards.

Associate Laboratory Assistant

Shift details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Variable shift

Required Qualifications

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program
  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy experience

Associate Laboratory Assistant Salary Range, Walla Walla, WA : Min: $18.08 , Max: $26.07

Laboratory Assistant

Required qualifications

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification.
  • 2 years Phlebotomy experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • upon hire: Phlebotomy Technician - American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Laboratory Assistant Salary Range, Walla Walla, WA : Min: $19.72, Max: $30.17
