Automotive Detail Manager

At Great Lakes Honda West we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Detail Manager to join our team! The Detail Manager will oversee all aspects of the detail department, ensuring high-quality work, efficient operations, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the detail team, providing training, scheduling and performance management
• Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with service, sales, and management teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing and supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
