Qualification Highlights

- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multiple warehouse crews through foreman supervisors.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, and material distribution activities.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work schedules to meet operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials.
- Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and transportation of materials and equipment.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and performance of assigned warehouse crews.
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse facilities, equipment, and material storage areas.
- Work closely with project management, procurement, logistics, and field construction teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist with workforce planning, employee development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and delivery conflicts.
- Participate in planning meetings, safety meetings, and coordination activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory records, material transactions, manpower reports, and production tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Must have extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and material management practices.
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must have knowledge of warehouse safety requirements and industry best practices.
- Must be familiar with inventory management systems, material tracking procedures, and warehouse documentation.
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to complete reports and maintain records.
- Must be able to identify, evaluate, and resolve operational issues while maintaining productivity and service levels.
- Must have a thorough understanding of material handling equipment, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to effectively coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and transportation resources.
- Must be willing to follow all company directives and safety procedures.
- Must be able to work in varying industrial and warehouse environments.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Current Zachry or Zachry ROF'ed employee.
- Previous experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
- Experience managing warehouse operations on large industrial, refinery, petrochemical, power, LNG, or manufacturing projects.
- Forklift certification or other material handling equipment certifications.
- Additional supervisory, leadership, logistics, or supply chain certifications.
Reporting To: This position is responsible for multiple warehouse crews led by foreman supervisors in their daily work activities. May manage 4 or more crews, each consisting of approximately 5 to 15 employees. Foremen directly report to the Warehouse General Foreman, who is responsible for overall coordination, inventory control, productivity, safety, quality, and operational performance of assigned warehouse functions. Physical Requirements
- Employees will be required to engage in extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, sitting, and lifting.
- Will talk and hear to communicate effectively with crews, supervisors, vendors, and project personnel.
- Will use arms and hands to handle materials, tools, inventory items, and warehouse equipment.
- May be required to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- May operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- May be required to work in outdoor storage yards and varying industrial environments.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, cold, and wind, while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility vests, gloves, and steel-toed work boots.
