About The Role
The Ginsburg Institute Operations Specialist will support the implementation, optimization, and visualization of data and systems that drive positive health outcomes for children and families. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of grant-funded programs and internal workflows through data-driven insights and efficient system management. The Operations Specialist will be the data custodian across all projects, providing a unique blend of business, technical, and analytical expertise.

Essential Functions
- Works with teams and community partners to gather requirements, develop metrics, retrieve data, and ensure validity of results.
- Contributes to projects and data requests from beginning to end.
- Creates appropriate data solutions (dashboards, reports, business intelligence tools, etc.) and data analysis for the measurement of processes and outcomes.
- Demonstrates excellent data storytelling skills through outstanding presentation and communication to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner tailored to audience needs.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with Infographics.
- Manage and resolve technical tickets related to internal tools and platforms.
- Optimize the use of share points tools for collaboration, data collection, and workflow automation.
- Develops and maintains appropriate, status and documentation on projects and work products.
- Develop and update logic models and process maps to document and improve program workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 1-3 years of job related experience required.
