About The Role

  • 1.完成农医生科事业部综合性图书选题书稿的选题策划、组稿、编辑加工和市场推广等工作，能够认真负责地处理此过程中的所有相关业务。
  • 2.协同管理农医生科营销队伍，督促开展农医生科类教材线上线下营销活动，维护与高校相应学院与教师的合作关系；协同分社共同运营农医生科版块品牌形象。
  • 3.完成事业部领导交办的其他工作。
  • 1.所学专业：农林医药类、市场营销、教育学类、心理学类专业或相关交叉学科优先考虑。
  • 2.教育程度及相关工作经验：硕士以上（含）学历，有编辑工作经验者优先。
  • 3.基本素质：具有良好的政治素养和敬业精神；具有较为扎实的文字功底和学科知识；热爱阅读（纸质阅读与数字化阅读）；关注教育发展；具备较好的市场分析和总结改进的基本素质和能力。
  • 4.工作态度与能力：身心健康、积极进取、认真细致，责任心强，具有较好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
