• Experience with one of the following: web application development, mobile application development, building large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management
• Communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex, and highly technical team environment
• Exceptional programming and design skills
• Ability to build quality software applications at scale, including ability to work cross-functionally to balance product and technical requirements, building scalable systems from scratch with a fast turnaround
