Host - Casino Senior

Join our team as a Casino Senior Host! In this role, you will promote our Rewards Program, educate players on the benefits of the Rewards card and casino floor bill validators, and assist with phone solicitation of premium patrons. You will also attend special events, meet and greet premium players, issue complimentary amenities, handle customer problems, and maintain accurate customer information. This position requires knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and the ability to work in a fast-paced, indoor environment. • Promote the Rewards Program and assist patrons through the membership process.
