Coordinator - Events and Promotions

Join our team as a Coordinator for Events and Promotions at our casino. In this role, you will assist with daily promotions, educate players about our Rewards card, interact with customers, and help with various administrative tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be available for a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends. • Assisting with the daily set-up, execution, and related emcee functions of daily casino prize giveaway promotions.
• Promoting the company’s products, services, events, and promotions via public address system and educating players about the Rewards card.
• Interacting with all casino customers relating to all promotional events and assisting with the resolution of player complaints and problems.
