Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Join Praktika as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, where you'll own and evolve every web-facing surface, including onboarding flows, landing pages, customer portals, and our web app. This full-cycle product engineering role involves shaping product direction, designing and running experiments, shipping features end-to-end, and measuring their impact on conversion, retention, and learner experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth, and your work will directly influence how millions of learners engage with Praktika.

• Data-driven approach with proven experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics
• Hands-on experience integrating auth providers (Firebase, Auth0), payment systems (Stripe, RevenueCat, PayPal), feature-flag platforms (LaunchDarkly, Flagsmith), and analytics tools (Amplitude, PostHog)
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React (hooks, context, state management), and Node.js
• Ability to thrive in an async, distributed, written-first culture
• Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth consumer product company
• A portfolio of high-quality web projects and successful conversion experiments
