Senior Product Manager - PIX

Join Wise, a global technology company on a mission to make international money transfers easier and more affordable. As the Senior Product Manager for Brazil, you will define the vision for Wise's payment flows in Brazil, focusing on seamless integration with the Pix scheme. You will lead high-stakes Pix products and collaborate closely with regulatory and compliance teams. • Colaborar de perto com equipes de conformidade regulatória para entender, implementar e operacionalizar os requisitos do Pix.

**What we’re looking for**

• **You have a proven track record in the payments space, including experience with a direct or indirect integration into the Pix scheme in Brazil. You deeply understand Pix operational processes, scheme requirements, risk management, regulatory/compliance obligations and the local vendor/partner landscape.**
• You have led high-stakes, high-performing payment services at very large transaction volumes, ideally millions of payments, where resilience, latency, observability, incident management and operational controls were core product responsibilities.
• You have owned complex partner integrations, from requirements and commercial/operational alignment through technical implementation, launch, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• You have collaborated closely with regulatory compliance teams to interpret, prioritize and implement Pix requirements, balancing customer experience, regulatory obligations, risk controls and delivery trade-offs.
• You possess the technical depth to understand system architecture and engage in detailed, credible discussions with engineers.
• You excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into logical, structured components and can articulate their importance to the bigger picture.
• You have a bias for action and are hands-on, with clear evidence of diving into analytics, speaking to customers, or writing your own queries to drive projects forward.
• You demonstrate the ability to lead without direct authority, effectively aligning teams with conflicting priorities and leveraging expertise from other functions to reach a consensus.
• You have experience working in an agile setup within a fintech environment.
• You speak fluent English.
