Senior Product Manager

• Develop and lead the product strategy for the small business lending fraud detection offering, working cross-functionally to build capabilities and drive client engagement.
• Craft the product roadmap and set product priorities based on data and customer feedback, while managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features.
• Represent Ocrolus’s SMB fraud detection product suite and strategy externally, acting as the firm’s subject matter expert and nurturing client relationships.

• A passion for delighting customers, a high degree of curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a deep sense of ownership
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to articulate complex problems to a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences
• A minimum of 3 years of strong product management experience, preferably with a background in fraud detection within financial services or small business lending
• AI-native approach to product development, with an appreciation for what new technologies make possible and a penchant for hands-on experimentation
• A keen focus on the commercial success of products and services being launched
• Nice-to-haves: a degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science/Engineering
• Experience with failure (e.g. product launch) and ability to course correct
