Legal Talent Recruitment Manager

Join Axiom, a leading provider of legal services, as a Legal Talent Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our North America Talent Acquisition strategy, managing the full cycle recruiting process, and advising key stakeholders on industry talent trends. You will have the opportunity to build a world-class team of legal talent and play a crucial role in the expansion of Axiom's legal talent strategy.

• Executing against the North America Talent Acquisition strategy, including identification, assessment, and attraction of top-tier legal talent.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for lawyers and legal professional candidates; managing individuals through full cycle recruiting.
• Building and maintaining a robust network of legal talent and consistently acting as a strong promoter of our brand.

• Successful candidates must be a fit for both the role as well a fit within Axiom’s unique operating environment and culture. Here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this particular role:
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, and excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a tremendous amount of initiative, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities
• Superb time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Legal industry experience required
• Innate ability to build relationships with sophisticated candidates as well as internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
• Genuine interest in the Axiom model and our place in the changing legal landscape
• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact and build relationships with candidates; strong interpersonal skills are essential
