About The Role

Join our team as a Data Product Manager, where you will shape, build, and grow commercially successful data products. You will work closely with various teams to define product strategy, validate customer needs, and deliver data products that create measurable business value. This is a strategic product leadership role, not a delivery coordination role.

  • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs are met and that the product delivers value.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of data products, from discovery and development through to launch, adoption, optimisation and retirement.
  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities, and identify opportunities to commercialise transaction, merchant and customer data into scalable data products.
  • Experience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile product teams
  • Tenacity, resilience and the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments
  • Experience defining product KPIs, OKRs and success metrics
  • Strong product management capability across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development and product delivery
  • Experience managing data, analytics or AI products throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Experience within financial services, banking, retail, loyalty, commerce media or digital advertising
  • Experience with APIs, experimentation, product analytics and A/B testing
  • Experience working with AI, machine learning or advanced analytics products
  • Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and tooling
  • Experience building customer intelligence, analytics or commercial data products
  • Experience working with payments, merchant or customer data
