People Business Partner (EMEA & APAC)

Join Optro as a People Business Partner for EMEA and APAC. In this hybrid role based in London, you will lead the regional people strategy, shape the employee experience, and support global expansion. You will partner with and coach leaders on various people processes, provide expertise on local labor law and compliance, and collaborate closely with US-based People Business Partners. • Partner with and coach leaders at all levels on a wide range of people processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organisational design.
• Advise and coach leaders on managing complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and grievances.
• Provide expertise on local labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the company operates in a compliant manner.
• Deep knowledge of labor law in EMEA and APAC and experience with global expansion, including entity creation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Multi-lingual is a plus
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and operating in a matrixed organisation serving multiple geographies, including the UK, Germany, Poland, and Singapore
• Resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at balancing multiple competing priorities
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in the SaaS industry
