Senior Product Design Manager (Enterprise)

Join Scale AI as a Senior Product Design Manager for our enterprise team. In this role, you will set the direction for enterprise design, build and lead a team of designers, drive design execution across the enterprise product, raise the craft bar, contribute to the design system, ground the team in user needs, and shape Scale's approach to human-agent interaction. • Set the direction for Enterprise design, defining exceptional design standards and translating the broader design vision into a clear direction for the team.
• Build and lead a growing team of designers, owning hiring, development, and day-to-day leadership, while creating a culture that fosters their best work.
• Drive design execution across the Enterprise product, partnering with Product and Engineering counterparts to set priorities and ensure design involvement from problem scoping through delivery.
• Proven track record of simplifying data-dense, power-user workflows into elegant solutions for B2B and beyond
• Deeply customer-centric, with a track record of grounding design decisions in real user needs and business impact
• Balance speed and quality; you know how to prioritize ruthlessly and get the team shipping without dropping the craft bar
• Fluent in how AI is changing design practice and tooling; building AI-native workflows for your team
• Experience designing for agentic platforms, and excited to shape the future of interaction patterns for AI and human-in-the-loop systems
• Excellent communicator. You can present to a leaders and a front-line PM and make both feel heard
• 3+ years managing product design teams
