Associate Client Success Manager

Join Grubhub as an Associate Client Success Manager, where you'll be responsible for managing post-sales relationships with our campus partners. You'll lead the launch of Grubhub Campus ordering, drive student engagement, and manage senior relationships with university and food service operators. This role requires strong account management skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Assurer la gestion de la relation post-vente avec les comptes signés de Grubhub Campus, en supervisant le lancement des services et en gérant la croissance et le succès de chaque campus.
• Coordonner la mise en œuvre opérationnelle et le déploiement de chaque lancement de campus, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles.
• Utiliser les données pour déterminer les priorités des initiatives spécifiques au campus et poursuivre les opportunités de vente incitative.
• 2-3 years experience in account management
• Resourceful, creative, and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
• Marketing and/or Communications experience is a plus
• Highly organized across multiple projects and able to hold customers accountable to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fast-paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and can multi-task
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
• Highly data-focused, with strong proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or high school diploma/GED
