Senior Manager of Growth Marketing (Organic Growth & Discovery)

You will own the full SEO program, architect our AEO strategy, drive organic app discoverability, and scale our referral marketing program. • Lead and execute the full SEO program, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, technical infrastructure, and link building.
• Architect and implement the AEO strategy to ensure website content is optimized for visibility within next-generation search engines and AI models.
• Drive organic App discoverability through ASO tactics, including listing enhancements, keyword optimization, visual content improvements, and creative A/B testing.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, growth marketing or digital marketing
• Comfortable with Web Analytics tools; Looker or Heap preferred
• Customer-focused, analytical and process-oriented; comfortable making data-driven decisions, with thirst for continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders, marketing teams, engineering teams and product management teams
• Highly proficient with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools – including Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, keyword research platforms, and related tools
• Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Contentful
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering or UX/UI Design teams to deliver against technical SEO product roadmaps (e.g., Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation, linking)
