Associate Modern Workplace Engineer

As an Associate Modern Workplace Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for tech support, handling incidents and service requests for around 450 colleagues. You'll work in a modern, cloud-managed environment and have the opportunity to automate workflows and improve processes.

• Act as the first point of contact for technology incidents and service requests, triaging and prioritizing accurately.
• Resolve 1st line issues at first contact wherever possible, including password resets, MFA and account lockouts.
• Diagnose and resolve 2nd line issues across Windows 11 and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
