Finance Operations (Receivables Agent)

Join our Finance Operations team as a Receivables Agent. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations, handle customer billing and payments, assist with reconciling customer payments, and collaborate with key stakeholders. You will also support additional projects related to accounting and process optimization. • Contribuer à la planification, à l'organisation et à l'exécution des opérations quotidiennes.
• Travailler avec l'équipe des comptes clients pour gérer la facturation, les remboursements et le suivi des paiements.
• Assister l'équipe financière dans la réconciliation des paiements clients et la clarification des soldes clients.

• You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry
• You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines
• You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field
• You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit
• And last but not least, a love for travel!
• You are an open-minded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge
• You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets. Ideally you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before
• You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work
