Senior Product Manager (Growth)
Snapsheet · Chicago, United States
About The Role
Join Snapsheet, a leading technology company in the insurance industry. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and growth of new products built on our core claims platform. You will play a critical role in shaping emerging products, defining how they work end-to-end, how they scale, and how they outperform existing market solutions. Success in this role is measured by efficiency gains, ROI, and improved outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, data, and platform teams, and own execution through clear roadmaps and prioritization.
- Lead the discovery, definition, and growth of new products built on top of Snapsheet’s core claims platform, focusing on scalable, service-driven products.
- Own the product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services, grounded in deep discovery of inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities.
- Drive efficiency and ROI by using data to measure and improve throughput, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness, and lead cross-functionally to align stakeholders.
- Experience working with configurable platforms or systems rather than greenfield software development
- Extensive experience in agile development, partnering cross-functionally to ship, iterate, and scale growth initiatives
- Highly data-informed decision-maker who balances quantitative insights (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing) with deep customer understanding to drive sustainable growth
- 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS or B2B products, with a strong emphasis on growth, activation, retention, and monetization
- Strong technical and strategic problem-solving skills, able to translate business and growth objectives into clear product hypotheses, experiments, and roadmaps
- Experience improving workflows, increasing efficiency, or materially enhancing how work gets done
- Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments, leading product strategy through ambiguity, shifting market conditions, and evolving business goals
- Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Snapsheet, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways
