Solutions Consultant

Join Deliverect, a leading SaaS company, as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be part of the Implementation & Consultation team, working closely with enterprise clients to drive success through seamless technical integration and ongoing support. You will analyze complex workflows, guide clients through the onboarding and adoption lifecycle, and act as a primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives. This position requires a deep understanding of APIs, technical analytics, and executive-level communication.

• Agir en tant que conseiller technique principal auprès des responsables techniques et des dirigeants, en articulant clairement des concepts complexes à travers des projets multi-phasés.
• Collaborer avec les chefs de produit et les équipes d'ingénierie pour partager des retours structurés de la voix du client, identifier les lacunes du produit et influencer les feuilles de route de la plateforme.
• Deep API & Integration Literacy: Proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation, REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication
• Technical Analytics: Experience leveraging data and monitoring tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana to analyze system health and performance metrics
• Systems & Troubleshooting Aptitude: Systematic approach to evaluating end-to-end data flows combined with a root-cause troubleshooting mindset
• Executive-Level Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders
• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles within a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Automation & Tooling Experience: Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts, alongside hands-on experience using API testing tools like Postman or Bruno
• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly within a technical scope (REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation)
