Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist (6 Month FTC)

As a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global team by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule.

• Proactively source high-potential candidates across various platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter, to build robust talent pipelines.
• Manage and optimize candidate flow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless candidate experience from initial application to offer.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics.
• Problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute to new ideas or improve existing recruitment processes, such as suggesting efficiencies in candidate outreach or interview scheduling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Full competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Lever
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative People Experience team
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing tech company
• Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential
