About The Role
Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Engineering Manager for the Developer Experience team. In this role, you will lead a team of platform engineers, drive the product roadmap, and shape Ebury's AI engineering stance. You will be based in Madrid and work in a hybrid model.
- Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving direction on platform architecture and progressive delivery.
- Own the Delivery Platform (CI/CD & Infrastructure) and the AI-Assisted Developer Platform, overseeing design, architectural strategy, and day-to-day operations.
- Define and deliver against strict SLOs for the SDLC platform, continuously innovating and proposing infrastructure improvements based on developer feedback.
