Finance Manager (Data Centers)

About The Role
Join CoreWeave, a rapidly expanding data center company, as a Finance Manager for Data Centers. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to guide operating forecasts, performance management, and cost decisions. You will build and maintain detailed financial models, execute planning cycles, and solve complex operating questions. Additionally, you will lead high-priority workstreams, influence cross-functional partners, and translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations.
- Lead high-priority workstreams, influence cross-functional partners, and translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives that improve data center performance.
- Execute planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Data Center Finance team’s operating expense (OpEx) and related cost portfolio, including lease costs, power, equipment financing, and other site operating costs.
- Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for CoreWeave’s global power footprint, site operating costs, and deployment timing, partnering with Capacity Planning and Power & Sustainability to translate operating assumptions into financial forecasts.
- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving decisions without direct authority
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a similar role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial and operational models, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work directly with detailed data
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and act as a thought partner to executive-level stakeholders through clear written and verbal financial communication
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- You bring exceptional attention to detail and strong organization to your work
- Experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with facilities engineering or critical-facility operations, including the repair and maintenance cost drivers associated with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure
- Knowledge of data center finance topics, including energy market dynamics, leasing structures, and cost-optimization strategies
